Dave Hartleip y un amigo se la encontraron en un granero echa polvo, consiguieron que el granjero se la regalara, pero después de unas modificaciones se tiró mucho tiempo abandonada en el garaje del amigo.

Cuando se acordó de que el y su amigo tenían una moto olvidada, Dave decidió recuperarla y darle otro aire. Con ese nuevo look ganó un concurso, el AMA Vintage Days en el 2005.

Y por último llegamos a esta última modificación en café racer.
